Guest Room Makeover!

For 2 years...yes the entire time we have lived here...I've been avoiding one of our guest rooms. The idea was to have a creamy country yellow....well that didn't exactly happen. It was a bright bright yellow that I never really warmed up to. Since the house is going to go on the market, I felt that other potential buyers would feel the same way. So back to Khaki it goes! It actually looks pretty good against the white wicker furniture which surprises me!! Maybe it's the bedding?!?! What I great buy I found on!!! I bought it on a whim and LOVE it! Plus some new art work which fits in more with the decor around the house! One more project crossed off from the list! YEAH! Enjoy!

Love some RED!!

Bathroom Makeover 101

WOW do I have an amazing husband!! He's so talented! We have been wanting to update our guest bathroom since we moved into this house 2 years ago! Well the only thing we did was buy new towel holders and towels! Some things really come together when you know you have to sell your house! These last little details, that we always wanted to do, are now finished! For about $45.00 we gave our guest bath a nice update! Jared made all the cuts and sprayed the wood and the old fixture! Yes that was the old GOLD fixture!!! Who knew it would have been that big of a change!! We are so happy with the final product! Oh and we bought a new shower curtain!! LOVE IT!!!

New Framed Mirror and "Improved" lighting!!
