A Diaper cake is a decorative piece that is a hit at all baby showers i have been to! What you do is take diapers and line them up to make circle. You can do layers like the one shown. Then you wrap snuggly blankets around it and tuck in pacifiers, sippy cups, toys, baby stuff as little ornaments. That's a diaper cake!
